The Gem Expo is Canada's Premier show for Beads, Beading supplies and Tools, Gems, Copper and Sterling Silver Findings, Jewellery, Minerals, and Lampwork artisans The show features handmade beads and jewellery from talented artisans and also feature a large variety of Precious and Semi-Precious stones such as Rubies, Sapphires, Emeralds, Quartz, Pearls, Opals, and many others. Weather you're looking for strands to make your own jewellery, beautifully faceted stones for setting or wire wrapping, or finished pieces with exquisite gems, The Gem Expo has it all.

Many of the vendors will also help you design and make your own jewellery form the stones and findings that they sell, just ask. For those interested in the healing properties of Minerals, there are many dealers that can help you find the perfect stone to help you regain that balance in your daily lives. The Gem Expo will also feature many Mineral vendors that will be show casing there mineral samples form all over the world. There will be many demos at the vendor booths as well as classes on the basics of Jewellery making.

The show features exhibitors from around Canada including the following designers, artisans and merchants:

• Silver Dawn: I carry thousand of beads strands all at $2.00; glass, crystal, semi precious, naturals, pearls, shell, lamp work, ceramic, acrylic, Miyuki Tila, Swarovski, Preciosa.
• Universal Gems and Beads: They carry a large selection of precious and semi precious stones
• Jewellery Jamboree Gems: Sacred Seven is a stone with a great healing power and properties as well as its beauty.
• Metal Designz: Specializing in chainmaille and wire wrapping supplies
• Blue Sapphire Beads: Sterling Silver findings from Bali and Thiland, Sterling Silver Findings, and custom made Jewellery

The show is Open to the Public. Admission is $4 per day or $8 for all 3 days. An additional $2 off coupon is available by registering on the web site.

Most exhibitors offer wholesale pricing to designers, galleries, and businesses.

Silent Action

During every show, all of our vendors contribute items for a Silent Auction in support of a local Charity. This show's proceeds will be in support of The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society of Canada.

 

The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society of Canada (LLSC) is a voluntary health agency dedicated to blood cancer. LLSC funds lifesaving blood cancer research across Canada and provides free information and support services.The LLSC mission: Cure leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin's disease and myeloma, and improve the quality of life of patients and their families.
